The Founder and Senior most member at Dilip K. Jain & Associates has over 20 years rich experience in the fields of Project Finance, Audit, Taxation and Appellate Representation. He has immense knowledge and experience in the overall management and functioning of large scale projects in the real estate sector with specialization in finance and legal aspects. He has deep understanding of the Indian Financial Services sector, having provided his debt syndication advisory for over 20 years to a large number of business entities in various industries across the country.
Mr. Ketan Shah
A management graduate with strong credentials, he is based out of Ahmedabad. Having spent around 8 years in various relationship and credit roles with institutions like Bank of Baroda, CRISIL Ltd and IndusInd Bank he brings a rich experience of credit underwriting and relationship which act as 2 critical requirements for arranging debt. In his past stint he has successfully managed clients like Gujarat Gas Ltd, GMDC, GSECL, Sadbhav Engienering Ltd, Adani Gas Ltd, GNFC, GSFC etc At DNY he takes care of project funding, working capital funding, construction finance for developers, and structuring of debt for various clients.
